As you know, we take our truffles seriously at the Bailliage de Bangkok-Rattanakosin. This year we are holding our annual White Truffle Dinner at Acqua Restaurant, the brainchild of chef and owner Alessandro Frau who was recently named Asia-Pacific’s Top Chef at NOW Travel Asia Awards 2024.
Chef Alessandro cooks with an innovative approach, using traditional centenary recipes reinvented with today’s cooking techniques and sophistication. Among the dishes to be served are Vitello Tonnato Upside Down and Sous Vide Egg Camouflage. With Bangkok-Rattanakosin’s acclaimed wine pairing and Chef Alessandro’s innovative Italian gastronomy, this is a meal not to be missed.
Places at this year’s Truffle Dinner are limited to twenty-four. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
