We invite you on a journey to Japan, flying on the wings of classical French cuisine, fuelled by the wines of Burgundy and fed by the farms of Thailand.  The Ordre Mondial des Gourmet Dégustateurs of the Chaine des Rôtisseurs, Bailliage de Bangkok-Rattanakosin takes you to Terroir, Bangkok’s most imaginative culinary experience.  With his distinctive vision, Chef Hao Khattiya Songchaiwana has created for us an intriguing tour de force of a menu.  With his firm belief that the land, climate, and farmers are pivotal in produce quality and therefore Chef Hao sources 90% of his ingredients from Northern Thailand, bringing you the flavours of the freshest harvest .  We promise you an unforgettable culinary trip.
